Who is Vektron Automation / MV Digital Work?
One team, two disciplines. Vektron Automation builds AI automation, CRM and custom software; MV Digital Work runs digital marketing and brand growth. You can hire either wing separately or both together.
Where are you based, and do you work with international clients?
We're based in India and work with businesses across India as well as international clients remotely — most of our workflow is call- and WhatsApp-based, so location isn't a barrier.
How many businesses have you worked with so far?
We're a growing team currently trusted by 10+ businesses. We'd rather be transparent about that than inflate the number — and we treat each client with the attention a bigger agency reserves for its top accounts.

What does the process look like once we sign on?

Will I be talking to the actual people doing the work?
Yes. We don't put an account manager between you and the team — you get direct WhatsApp and call access to the people building your automation or campaign.
How involved do I need to be during the project?
As involved as you want, at key checkpoints — kickoff, review, launch. We don't need daily check-ins, but we'll never build something significant without showing you first.
Payments & Pricing
How is a project priced?
After a short discovery call, we quote either a fixed project fee or a monthly retainer — never a generic package. Pricing depends on scope, not a rate card.
Do you require full payment upfront?
No. Projects are typically split into milestones — for example 40% to start and the balance on delivery — and retainers are billed monthly.
What if I want to cancel a retainer?
Retainers run month-to-month with no long-term lock-in — you can pause or end at the close of any billing cycle.
Technical & Tools
What tools and platforms do you work with?
n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI and Claude-class models, HubSpot, Zoho, WhatsApp Business API, and standard web stacks including JavaScript, Node.js and Python.
Can you take over an automation or CRM someone else built?
Yes. We regularly audit and take over existing setups — we'll tell you honestly if it's better to fix what's there or rebuild.
What happens after launch — do you just disappear?
No. Every project includes a support window, and ongoing monitoring and optimization is available as a retainer if you want us to keep iterating.
